Halloween Pumpkin Soup Recipe

1.Put the pumpkin in a large saucepan with the stock, peppercorns, ginger, lemon grass and cloves.

2.Bring to the boil and simmer gently, covered for 30/40 minutes until soft.

3.Take out the peppercorns and cloves and mix in a blender.

4.Add enough water to give the soup a creamy texture and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

5.To serve warm through and pour into bowls.
