Herb Crown Loaf
1.Mix flour, salt and margarine.
2.Stir in yeast and water with wooden spoon.
3.Make into a smooth dough.
4.Knead for 10 min on floured board.
5.Place dough in bowl and cover with plastic food bag.
6.Leave in warm place until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
7.Knead again, working in herbs a spoonful at a time.
8.Knead well until all herbs are evenly mixed, leave again to rise.
9.When risen cook in 1lb tins or 2lb tin for approx 20-25 minutes, gas mark 7.
