1.You should use water instead of milk for this mixture giving 177 calories for 3 four inch pancakes.

3.Fresh fruit, oranges and lemons, crushed pineapple, mashed banana, tinned puréed strawberries . Use your imagination

4.nstead of flipping or rolling over fillings, try layering.
