Do you like dressings with everything?

Try:

1 tablespoon low calorie/fat free mayonnaise mixed with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix
into sweetcorn or spoon over corn on the cob.

Lower calorie coleslaw dressing. Mix equal quantities of low calorie mayonnaise with oil-
free dressing. Mixes in more readily and gives a tangy taste.

Yoghurt sauce – 1 carton low fat natural yoghurt, two spring onions, 1 tablespoon chopped
fresh mint. Salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix together. Serve on a jacket potato,
a quarter of this amount is 15 calories.

Yoghurt dressing – 2 tablespoons low fat yoghurt, 2 teaspoons water,
1 teaspoon wine vinegar. Mix together – 5 calories

Low calorie salad cream – 2 hard boiled eggs (yolks only) 1oz Marvel
An eight of a teaspoon dried mustard salt and pepper to taste
Tablespoon malt vinegar cold water

Mix the egg yolks together with the Marvel, mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar and enough cold water to make a smooth cream. Chill for half an hour before using.
