Bread Pudding
Method
1.Lightly grease casserole dish with low fat spread.
2.Cut up bread into small pieces.
3.Layer bread and fruit into dish.
4.Beat together eggs, canderel and spice.
5.Make up to one pint with skimmed milk.
6.Pour over bread and fruit.
7.Leave to soak into bread for half an hour.
8.Bake at regulo 3-4 for one hour.
