1 medium carrot grated
1 cup natural bran
1 cup pure orange juice
1 cup sultanas
1 cup self-raising flour
few drops of sweetener
1.Soak the carrot, bran and fruit in orange for two hours.
2. Add flour and sweetener.
3.Bake Gas 4 or 350F for approximately one hour.
